The hotel offered a good location for sightseeing. The area was safe and there were shops and convenience stores nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was not properly cleaned. The rooms were dirty, and the beds were bad.

What I liked about the Hotel was it's location it's close to Wangfujing street and not far from the subway about a 12 min walk. The staff were friendly although thier english was limited. A great shower with lots of power and consistant with lots of hot water.

What I didn't like about the Hotel was that they never changed the sheets our entire stay. The bed was very hard and I like a hard but it was like sleeping on the floor.

Conveniently located near a subway line and a bus stop, this hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. You can walk to the subway station in just 15 to 20 minutes. the rooms are cozy and well-equipped with essential facilities like a hairdryer, a working shower and free wifi.

Unlike some other hotels, it lacks basic facilities like wardrobes or hooks to hang your clothes.

The hotel stuff, does not speak english well. Some dont speak english at all.. Also I had the hotel card with me show to a taxi driver that I want to go to the hotel and it was all of the times hard to decipher this card and find the way .. try to have some place nearby written in chinese characters - it is the safest bet to find your way home by taxi especially by night when there is no metro

Location is excellent - close to major attractions and shopping malls. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Authentic local experience with small bars to explore. Comfortable rooms. Truly Chinese decoration.

The location is terrific. With in walking distance of many tourist sites. The staff was friendly, but limited English. The rooms were nice.

You may not want a room near the reception. It was a little noisy at times, But when there wasn't people in the lobby, you could hear the nice traditional Chinese music. Very relaxing. One the first floor you could hear anytime the person above you flushed the toilet, used the sink or showered.

The hotel is nice and lovely. 1) The hotel looks quite new and clean. The decoration is nice and new. Very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and bright too. 2) The staff is friendly and helpful. 3) it's located in the hutong. You could always go through the hutong in the morning to walk to the metro. Also, there're many restaurants and shops nearby.

Great location for shopping and sightseeing, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy access to public transportation. the staff was helpful and polite when communicating in English. the room was clean and comfortable for a budget hotel, and the hot water worked fine.
